Job Details
  • FLSA Status: Non-exempt
  • Summary: Assist on the production line to build manufactured housing, working as part of a team to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Read tape measures, blueprints, and work orders
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools
Qualifications
  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Experience in manufacturing/modular housing
Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, handle tools, reach, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts over 100 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
