Job summary

Custom Truck One Source is seeking an Equipment Assembler in Union Grove, WI. The role involves upfitting utility trucks with buckets, diggers and other equipment, with emphasis on 12V electrical wiring, hydraulics, and vehicle assembly. Candidates should have high mechanical aptitude and practical experience in related trades.

The position runs Monday–Friday, typically 5am–1:30pm or 3:30pm with overtime as needed. Benefits include healthcare, vacation, 401k match, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Basic computer navigation and software skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude; hydraulics or electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upfit of Utility Trucks – buckets, diggers, aerials and more.
• Install and modify truck bodies and equipment per CTOS specs.
• Modify wheelbases and suspensions as needed.
• Run wiring harnesses and basic electrical work in 12V systems.
• Maintain tools and shop area for safe, efficient operation.
