Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Elk River, MN, is seeking a Trimmer/Climber. This full-time, non-exempt role trims, tops, and reshapes trees to clear utility powerlines, working with various tools and equipment in outdoor conditions.

You will load and unload trucks, operate machinery, assist training of new hires, and maintain a safe, orderly worksite. The company offers competitive wages, health benefits, retirement options, and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No fear of heights; comfortable with working at heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination required for precise cutting and operating equipment.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at various heights in inclement weather.

Responsabilidades

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up debris and maintains tidy work areas.
• Safely sets up barriers and directs traffic as needed.
• Prepares and assists training of new employees.
