Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Foreperson in Maryland to coordinate crews and oversee tree‑care operations according to contract specifications. Candidates should have prior line clearance experience as climber, trimmer, or bucket operator, with emphasis on removals and hazard trees, plus a valid driver's license and CDL preferred.

Responsibilities include directing crew, planning work, ensuring PPE and safety practices, and communicating with property owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in line clearance as climber, trimmer, or bucket operator.
• Must have prior experience with tree removals and hazard trees.
• Driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Able to meet safety, PPE, and field requirements.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs per contract.
• Direct crew members, assign tasks, and supervise performance.
• Plan, execute, and supervise work safely and efficiently.
• Notify property owners and obtain access; discuss work details with customers.
• Ensure PPE use and safe practices; maintain records and vehicle readiness.
• Manage time, equipment, and materials; perform daily truck inspections.
