Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with high pressure steam boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressed air, water systems.
- Must have 2nd Class Stationary Engineer License and R-2 Refrigeration License in good standing.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and remote monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain boilers, chillers, steam and water systems; document operational data.
- Oversee domestic and process water systems; ensure safe operation.
- Support development of world class utilities maintenance program and safety procedures.
