Job summary

You will be the SME for boilers, wastewater systems, chillers, and utility equipment, performing advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs in a cGMP facility.

You will mentor technicians, document work in CMMS, and support safety, regulatory compliance, and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance or facilities maintenance experience.
• Active Maryland Stationary Engineer Grade 1 license, or DC 3rd Class Engineer certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a waste water treatment license in Maryland.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate boilers, chillers, steam systems, and wastewater treatment equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with CMMS documentation.
• Monitor water chemistry and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Mentor technicians and coordinate with contractors, driving continuous improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
