You will…

• Perform tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects;
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed;
• Conduct handyman and general repair work, including insulation, encapsulation, and gutter installation;
• Stay within the projected budget and complete paperwork at the end of each job;
• Perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year of general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained throughout employment.

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within its weight capacity;
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands;
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions;
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.;
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.;
• Work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow, and ice;
• Work environment may be loud, such as in new construction or during insulation work.
