Job Opportunity: Night Shift Parking Lot Sweeper

We offer full or part-time positions with no experience needed — training will be provided.

Work Hours:

• Typically from 9:00 PM on Sunday-Thursday nights, and 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, to 5-9 AM.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with no serious traffic infractions
• 3rd shift experience preferred
• Flexible working hours
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds (e.g., backpack blower) for extended periods
• Ability to walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone

• Starting pay is $15/hour while training with a co-worker. After approximately 2 weeks, pay increases to $16/hour when you start driving alone. The pay remains at $16/hour for 45-60 days to ensure satisfaction and performance, then increases to $17/hour. Further raises depend on performance and tenure. This position includes significant overtime opportunities.
