Job summary

Ballers is seeking a dedicated Utility team member to support our food and beverage operations. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and service area.

The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and ready to jump in to help the team succeed. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; no experience required; able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods; Serve Safe or food handler certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Serve Safe or food handler certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keeping dish and prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Taking out trash, recycling, and maintaining waste stations.
• Assisting with basic food prep and restocking supplies.
• Cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment as needed.
• Supporting kitchen and FOH staff during service and events.
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
