Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing or related industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technicians.
• Fluency in Korean is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mechanical Part Technicians, ensuring efficient work order assignments and training functions.
• Manage a team of technicians responsible for upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure stable utility supply and manage Utility facilities to meet targets in EHS, Productivity, Quality, Reliability, and Availability.
• Formulate and execute long- and short-term operation plans for Utility facilities.
• Monitor and improve performance with daily, weekly, and monthly management of cost and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day preventive maintenance on systems like Ultra-Pure Water, Process Cooling Water, HVAC, and Wastewater Treatment.
• Compile and maintain records of equipment status, maintenance activities, and testing, including fire suppression systems.
