Parker Hannifin in Goshen, Indiana, is seeking a dependable team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. This role performs routine cleaning and sanitation across the plant, including production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, with responsibilities in the inspection department for rubber product quality checks.

The position operates on a 1st shift from 6am to 2pm, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Using brooms, dust pans, cleaning solutions, motorized sweeper to clean floors, walls, restrooms, break room and other common areas.
• Empties trash barrels throughout the plant.
• Sweeping and mopping
• Sanitizing restrooms
• Restocking supplies
• Ensuring work space remains clean and presentable
• Inspect rubber products on and from the manufacturing lines
• May perform final audits based on customer requirements
• Use deflashing and wash equipment
• Use gauges and other types of measuring tools.
• Operate vision machine
• Computer basics

This position is on 1st shift with hours 6am-2pm.
