Parker Hannifin Corporation in Indiana (Troy) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Helper to perform daily cleaning, minor maintenance, and inventory tasks on a day shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm). Overtime is voluntary when available. 1 year of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are required.
The role supports facility upkeep, safety, and basic repairs across shop floors, with opportunities to assist technicians and maintain supplies.

Facilities Maintenance Helper performs miscellaneous manual labor and janitorial activities required for daily upkeep of the facility's buildings and grounds, while following well-defined instructions. Facilities Maintenance Helper will aid team members in the completion of various tasks and day-to-day maintenance duties as required while supporting the safety and the utilization of company facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.
Day shift position with a core workweek of Monday through Friday from 6 am - 2:30 pm. Overtime is voluntary when available.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
Years Experience: 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience required.
