Utility Steward/Dishwasher - The Skirvin Hilton Hotel (Finance)

A Utility Steward is responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and service ware to support the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Steward, your responsibilities include:

1. Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
2. Scrubbing pots and pans.
3. Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silverware.
4. Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment.
5. Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal.
6. Transporting and storing clean service ware.
7. Training other stewards, as needed.
8. Preparing and arranging clean service ware for events and functions.
