Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Utility & Driver to support daily warehouse operations and safely transport materials to delivery locations. You will load, unload, and organize stock, pick orders, operate forklifts and company vehicles, and complete paperwork.

A valid license, reliable attendance, and forklift certification are preferred, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors as needed, and maintain a clean, organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, organize, and move materials and products within the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Safely drive company vehicles to make deliveries and pickups.
• Verify quantities and condition of materials before loading and upon delivery.
• Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
• Follow company safety policies, traffic laws, and proper material-handling procedures.
• Report damaged products, vehicle issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to management.
