Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Utility Operators at its New Richmond, Wisconsin location. You will support production by operating and troubleshooting multiple machines, performing inspections according to quality criteria, and handling palletizing and wrapping tasks.

The role requires basic SAP experience and the ability to work on 12-hour night shifts with a 14% differential. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of production operating experience and are legally authorized

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
• 6 months+ of production operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria.
• Operate, optimize and troubleshoot a variety of machines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and work effectively with team members.
• Work with computers and SAP.
• Operate palletizer and wrapper.
• Load and unload product.
• End of run cleaning of production presses with safety control lock training.

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Utility Operators to support operations.

Shift Options

12 Hour Rotating nights, 5pm - 5am (N2 shift) base pay plus 14% shift differential

One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.
