Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Paris Las Vegas is seeking a stewarding associate responsible for removing trash from kitchen areas and performing heavy cleaning tasks. You will also clean all high areas in kitchens and outdoor stewarding functions while providing general assistance to other stewarding staff to maintain food preparation areas to the required standards.

Responsibilities include following safety precautions, disposing of waste properly, maintaining a neat appearance, and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related work experience.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 30–35 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to reach, stoop, stretch, crouch, and twist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all applicable safety precautions.
• Ensure kitchen trash is removed and disposed of properly.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear provided uniform.
• Notify department management of needed repair work in the kitchen area.
• Complete all general cleaning tasks requiring ladder access.
• Maintain assigned kitchen area to health department and hotel standards.
• Ensure food service supplies are maintained per standards.
• Take garbage, trash, and recyclables from kitchen areas to disposal sites.
• Clean loading/receiving dock with power wash daily.
• Power wash equipment outdoors.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Assist other stewarding employees as time permits.
• Obtain kitchen maintenance supplies from storage.
• Assist in organizing kitchen maintenance supply storage areas.
• Additional duties as requested by department management.

Job Summary

• Take garbage, trash, and recyclables from kitchen areas to disposal sites.
• Clean kitchen loading/receiving dock with power wash, daily.
• Complete power washing of equipment outdoors.
• Complete sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors.
• Assist other stewarding employees in their duties with regard to kitchen maintenance as time permits.
• Obtain kitchen maintenance supplies needed from storage.
• Assist in the organization of kitchen maintenance supply storage areas.
• Additional related duties as requested by department management.

What You Will Need

• Work requires a minimum of 6 months- 1 year’s work-related experience.
• Work requires a neat appearance with good personal hygiene.
• Ability to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift approximately 30 - 35 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to perform reaching, stooping, stretching, crouching, and twisting motions repeatedly.
