• Responsible for cleaning all public areas.
• Shampooing carpets.
• Stripping and waxing floors.
• Polishing marble.
• Operating sweepers, scrubbers, buffers, and walk behinds.
• Pressure washing.
• High cleaning and/or dusting.
• Emptying trashcans.
• Cleaning ashtrays and replacing sand.
• Picking up trash.
• Cleaning glass.
• Polishing metals.
• Performing bio hazard clean-up.
• Any other janitorial related duties as requested.
