Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is hiring an On-Call Environmental Services Utility Porter at Park MGM to set the stage for guest experiences with a welcoming smile and attentive service, keeping casino floors, public areas, offices, restrooms and other spaces clean and safe.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to work varied shifts (including weekends and holidays), and a valid Nevada driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes preferred.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas.
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment.
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials.
• Replenishes supplies when necessary.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.0284 Per Hour

The Day-to-day

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
• Replenishes supplies when necessary

The Ideal Candidate

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes preferred
• Valid Nevada DL required
