Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level UAM Crew Member to perform essential field labor for utility pole projects. The role involves excavation, equipment handling, and site maintenance, with frequent travel and on-site duties across multiple locations.

You will work in teams, follow safety protocols, and travel 75-100% as project demands dictate. Travel and lodging are provided, with starting pay around $18 per hour and potential increases to $19–$20 per hour for experienced

Qualifications

• Experience performing manual labor outdoors.
• Ability to perform strenuous manual labor for extended periods including standing, bending, lifting.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (75-100%) as required by project demands.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with landowners and crew members.

Responsibilities

• Excavate holes around utility poles and prepare sites.
• Backfill holes after work is completed.
• Perform manual labor including carrying and unloading equipment.
• Walk, lift, and carry heavy equipment; operate in various weather conditions.
• Maintain site cleanliness and order; interact professionally with landowners.
• Travel frequently to multiple project sites with overnight lodging provided.
