Davey Resource Group, Inc. is hiring an entry-level UAM Crew Member to perform manual labor on utility projects across Texas. You will travel statewide, support excavation, backfilling, and installation of steel trusses while maintaining safety and teamwork at a field site.

The role offers travel and lodging per project, a base rate of $18–$20 per hour with overtime and per diem benefits, and comprehensive Davey benefits from day one. Seasonal variation is possible depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Excavating holes around utility poles as required for site preparation.
• Backfilling holes upon completion of work.
• Assisting in the installation of steel trusses utilizing pneumatic equipment.
• Perform manual labor, including carrying and unloading equipment and supplies.
