Qualifications

• 4 years experience in District Energy or Central Plant steam and chilled water operations.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with any two of: Electrical Generation, Electrical Distribution, Steam Generation, Steam Distribution, Chilled Water Generation, Chilled Water Distribution, or PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heating, Cooling, and Power Generation Equipment and units safely and efficiently.
• Monitor, adjust, and log plant equipment parameters; perform routine inspections and chemical analysis.
• Oversee District Energy and Satellite Plant Systems and assist with safety programs and lockouts.
• Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs; maintain plant cleanliness and records.
