Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a flexible Utility Person to support multiple stations on the fabrication floor. The role requires knife skills across various tasks and familiarity with saw operation, with strong communication across the floor to maintain workflow.

Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and prepared to perform additional duties as needed to meet the plant's evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of PPE.
• Preferred: previous experience in manufacturing environments and knife experience.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

Summary

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
