Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a Lead role to provide direction and support ensuring all tasks and objectives are completed successfully. You will oversee department tasks, work with hooks/knives, and resolve production issues while maintaining sanitation standards.

This on-site position requires adherence to safety procedures, PPE usage, and reliable attendance to support a growing meat processing operation.

Overview

Job Summary The Lead person role is to provide direction and support to ensure all tasks and objectives are completed successfully.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a humid, hot, wet, slippery, or moving surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment.
• Previous heavy machinery experience in manufacturing environment.
• Previous agriculture production/ beef plant experience.

Summary

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
