Scope of Work: Responsible for general building maintenance tasks.Assist in steam cleaning machines returned for rentals and equipment going into the shop. Operate Tennet sweeper and maintain the equipment year. Other duties as assigned.Shipping/receiving machines and attachments from manufacturers, customers and various other sources. Enter data into computer system, photograph equipment and inspect fordamages.Will also perform as shop mechanic when necessary.

Primary Job Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and orderly department. Keep shop, offices, and grounds clean and organized. General maintenance on machinery and buildings. Pick up and delivery as required. Maintain steam cleaner equipment. Fill in as a shop mechanic when needed. Ensure that material/components removed from vat are properly cleaned and organized. Assist steam cleaning machines and other equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions: Typical hours of work M - F; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend hours as necessary. Inside and outside work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: G.E.D. or High School Diploma. Must have 4 years previous experience.
