DTE Energy is seeking an experienced operations leader at the Toledo Assembly Complex to oversee day-to-day utility asset operation, maintenance, and reliability. You will guide site personnel, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance across MV distribution and allied systems.

The role serves as the primary electrical SME, providing technical direction on switching, troubleshooting, and protective relaying.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7+ years supervisory/managerial experience in utility systems or equivalent.
• Associate degree or certificate with 5+ years supervisory experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with industrial electrical distribution up to 15 kV and medium-voltage equipment preferred.
• Leads safe, high-performing unionized teams; strong communication and change leadership skills.
