Henny Penny, a global leader in commercial food equipment, seeks an Entry Utility Operator at its Eaton, Ohio campus. You will independently run basic setup for spot welding, stud welding and clinch studding machines to fabricate parts to standard.

You’ll work with Kanban, JDE, and process sheets, read drawings and technical documents, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering quality on time.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of experience in spot and stud welding and clinch studding.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand 8 hours or more.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks required.

Responsabilidades

• Operates spot welding, stud welding, and clinch studding equipment per setup.
• Uses Kanban cards and tracks status in JDE.
• Reads drawings and process sheets; follows instructions.
• Troubleshoots machine misalignment.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety procedures.
• Completes tasks with quality within time requirements.
• Supports team and company values.
• Other duties as assigned.
