Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the utility plant infrastructure (boilers, chillers, RO, HVAC).
• Interpret alarms and ensure timely corrective maintenance.
• Document maintenance in CMMS and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on PM development and optimization.
