Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Electrician and Instrumentation Technician to ensure the reliable operation of electrical and control systems in our Malvern pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D labs, with occasional work in Spring House. The role covers preventive, corrective, emergency maintenance, and project support within GMP environments.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrical Certification or equivalent and 8+ years of electrician experience, with strong troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

Must have Journeyman Electrical Certification or equivalent and extensive electrician experience.
Minimum 8 years of electrician experience; 12+ years preferred.
Strong electrical theory knowledge and maintenance expertise.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, emergency maintenance and project support on GMP/non-GMP electrical devices and control systems.
Identify gaps in processes, retrieve and analyze data from control systems, and implement improvements.
Lead small projects and act as SME on project teams.
Calibrate and repair instrumentation and sensors as needed in manufacturing and R&D labs.
Read schematics and diagnose issues; respond to urgent issues; participate in on-call rotation.
