Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in related industrial environments (electrical, HVAC, mechanical, instrumentation).
• Experience with utility plant operations and corrective/preventive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of GMP/OSHA guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to work on a continuous operations schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the utility plant: boilers, chillers, RO, air systems, and toilets.
• Respond to alarms; monitor readings and take corrective action as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs with limited supervision.
• Document activities in the CMMS; participate in PM development and optimization.
• Support root cause analysis, FMEA, and nonconformance investigations.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and safety initiatives.
