Parker Hannifin's Parker HVAC Filtration Division is seeking a Machine Operator II in Indiana. You will read production orders, operate and troubleshoot machines, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety and adherence to 5S standards on the shop floor. Responsibilities include adjusting machines, ordering materials, recording outputs, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass a tape measure test.

Responsibilities

• Alert Supervisor and maintenance personnel of any problems that may arise.
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to produce products that meet company specifications.
• Order raw materials.
• Make sure all materials are loaded into the machine in a quick, efficient manner so that downtime is limited.
• Count and record rejected products and scrap material.
• Keep work area clean, free from debris and compliant with 5S markings.
• Clean machine and work area at the end of each shift.
• Ensure that all personnel are following plant safety guidelines.
• Complete production reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
