Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lift Truck Certification preferred.
• Successful completion of all required on the job training.
• Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training.
• May be required to use department specific database systems.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment and operating machinery preferred.
• Must be able to pass a color‑vision screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate different kinds of machinery to support production goals.
• Perform custodial/janitorial tasks as needed to maintain a clean work area.
• Handle raw materials and final products as needed.
• Fill in for other operators as needed to ensure workflow.
• Inspect for quality, malfunctions, and defects as needed.
• May perform inventory, clerical, or administrative tasks.
• May operate powered industrial trucks/equipment such as lift trucks.
• Attend job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all standard operating and safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
