Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to support fast-paced production environments across North America. You will operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, perform groundwork, and help maintain site safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving abilities. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures in a construction setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with additional duties as required.
