Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology industry with a long history and global reach. This role is for a maintenance-focused professional at a cement plant in Alabama, performing basic maintenance, repairs, and minor installations.

You will troubleshoot production issues, perform preheater tower cleaning including Cardox, operate heavy equipment, and train other operators while working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of industrial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cement manufacturing process and safety.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, minor installations, replacements and some elementary electrical work.
• Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform preheater tower cleaning including the use of Cardox.
• Operate various heavy equipment.
• Train other operators, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications
