Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician for a large-scale plant environment. The role focuses on maintaining plant equipment, ensuring production quality, and performing routine cleaning and safety checks to keep operations running smoothly.

The position requires 2 years of general labor experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent attention to safety and the ability to operate hand and power tools are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, operate plant equipment, and housekeeping tasks to maintain plant sites.
• Operate plant processing equipment, ensure product quality and production output.
• Provide preventative maintenance service for plant equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of plant equipment and grounds for safety.
• Clean areas around the operating plant with hand tools and small mobile equipment.
