Quality Talent Group is seeking a maintenance professional for a global technology client in the building automation and industrial technology industry. The role involves performing basic maintenance, minor installations, and repairs, with a focus on safety and basic cement manufacturing processes.

You will troubleshoot production issues and support equipment operation. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of industrial experience, the ability to work independently, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• High degree of safety awareness.
• Good understanding of basic cement manufacturing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance, repairs, minor installations, replacements and some elementary electrical work.
• Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective actions.
• Perform preheater tower cleaning including use of Cardox.
• Operate various heavy equipment.
• Train other operators and participate in team meetings.
