Job summary

ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is seeking a Production Associate/Utility Operator to oversee casting, forming, and furnace operations, contributing to product output and process ownership.

You will operate equipment, monitor quality, maintain records, and support 5S and safety standards while benefiting from competitive wages, growth opportunities, and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment, and report equipment faults to the supervisor or team lead
• Capable of performing physical activities that might involve one to stoop, crouch, bend at waist, and lift up to 25lbs.

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-
art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.

As part of our production team, our Production Associates and Utility Operators are responsible for overseeing the critical process of creating our product from casting, forming, and operating the furnaces. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on our output and production and take ownership of your part of the process.
