Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a diligent manufacturing operator to monitor and optimize equipment performance on the shop floor in Exeter, NH. You will document daily metrics, conduct quality inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to 5S, safety standards, and teamwork while leveraging basic mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills required.
• Solid computer skills (email, Microsoft products).
• Thorough attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong adherence to process discipline and safety.
