Quality Talent Group is listing a Utility Operator position. The role supports safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment in a fast-paced production environment at a North America–based site.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Strong communication and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
