Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking Utility Maintenance Mechanics to perform general maintenance and repair of the building’s systems and equipment. You will handle painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work, with basic HVAC knowledge to support operations.

Standard shift is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime possible. Candidates should be eligible to work in the United States, ready for a background check, and bring 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience recommended.

Job description

Utility Maintenance Mechanics will perform general maintenance and repair of the building’s systems and associated equipment.

They will also carry general knowledge of HVAC systems and complete other tasks requiring non-specialty tools. The Utility Mechanics will provide essential coverage during peak operating hours at the facility.

Shift Time: Monday -Friday (40hrs per week) with posibility of overtime

Pay Rate: $45.72 per hour

• 2-3 years experience is reccomended
