Job summary

Arbor Homes in Indianapolis, IN is seeking hands-on on-site team members to support our growing construction activities. You’ll assist crew members, coordinate tasks on site, and participate in on-the-job training to build high-quality homes for buyers.

We offer competitive hourly pay with overtime after 40 hours, bonus opportunities, advancement from within, 4 weeks of paid time off, and access to health and life insurance, a 401(k), paid parental leave, and company discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Good communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Valid driver's license required.
