Team Fishel in Rochester, PA is hiring Utility Laborers to support projects across the greater Pittsburgh area. The role involves assisting the crew to complete projects safely, on time, and per customer specs. Willingness to learn and perform physical labor is required.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with training provided. Extensive travel may be required for out-of-town projects, with per diem paid. Benefits include health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach.
• Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Work safely as part of the team; safety is the number one core value.
• Assist in manual labor tasks as directed by crew lead, foreman, or supervisor.
• Handle outdoor construction duties in varying weather and conditions.
• Assist in placing pipes and conduits; operate power tools as directed.
• Participate in on-the-job training including flagging and tool operation.
