Heavy Equipment Operator (Haul Truck Driver) – Underground Mining Operations

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support underground mining operations. The role focuses on transporting salt and materials throughout the mine while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks and other heavy equipment.
• Assist with basic maintenance on conveyors, crushers, and screening equipment.
• Support the maintenance team as needed.
• Work underground in a mining environment and comply with MSHA safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate production and safety records.

Shift Times

• Afternoon Shift: 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Night Shift: 8:00 pm – 6:00 am

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Strong attention to safety.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting 50 lbs or more.

Compensation

• Hourly: $22.00
• Production Bonus: 13%
• Attendance Bonus: up to 19.5% with perfect attendance.
