Job Title: Utility

Schedule: 6:00AM-6:00PM

Location: Carol Stream, IL **This position will be relocating to our new state-of-the-art facility in Elgin, IL in 2025!**

Summary of Job

The Production Associate will work in various areas of our manufacturing plant. The main functions include moving raw materials, components, and finished goods, performing general housekeeping, and assisting with manual labor under the supervision of an Operations Supervisor. The role may also involve assisting in the manufacturing process of finished goods. This is an entry-level position offering growth opportunities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

The candidate will prioritize safety and perform duties such as:

• Feeding items into machinery, assembling boxes, stacking goods on pallets, and applying stretch wrap.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Identifying defective products for reprocessing.
• Providing labor support and backfilling positions as needed.
• Maintaining safety by performing cleanup and hazard identification.
• Assisting in opening and closing rolls of product.
• Handling, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment.
• Recording production data and counting finished goods.
• Attaching labels and tying products for shipment.

• Exposure to moving equipment.

Warehouse experience preferred.

Compensation
