Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking Consulting Utility Foresters Arborists - Distribution for full-time work in the Miami-Dade and Broward County service area. The role emphasizes vegetation management in utility corridors, field data collection, and coordination with landowners and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of arborist experience, strong GIS/OMS knowledge, and the ability to manage bid packages and safety requirements in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Forestry or GIS or related line cleaning experience.
• Fully qualified to relieve client arborist.
• 3+ years’ experience as an inventory/ design/ quality arborist.
• Meets all requirements of Utility Arborist II in VM program objectives.
• ISA Certified Arborist or Natural Sciences BS Degree.
• Proficient with OM and CM work processes and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rights-of-way to assess vegetation conditions and determine required maintenance activities.
• Assist with developed bid package maps and work manifests.
• Research easement and land rights for widths, rights, and restrictions.
• Meet with landowners to explain vegetation management work.
• Inspect work completed by contractors for compliance to utility specifications.
• Assist in the management of contractors during storm restoration operations.
