Overland Corporation seeks an experienced Utility Foreman to lead crews in earthwork, excavation, pipe installation, and related utility structure construction. You will report to the Utility Operations Manager, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets.

Supervising 2–12 crew members, you will train and motivate team members while maintaining clear communication with project teams and inspectors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Typically 1–3 years of utility construction experience with knowledge of installation methods and codes.
• Proven ability to lead crews, assign work, train employees, and monitor performance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise utility crews performing excavation, earthwork, pipe installation, and related structures.
• Plan daily work assignments and coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials with the Utility Operations Manager.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate installation.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
