Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil underground utility construction experience, including water, sewer, and storm drainage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a crew, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm).
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, and of high quality; comply with laws and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders to meet schedule and budget.
• Train crew on safety procedures and best practices.
• Manage project resources and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
• Travel to job sites and support multiple projects as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Utility Foreman to manage and lead a crew of construction workers on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and hands-on experience in underground wet utility installation and maintenance. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
