Job summary

PALFINGER is seeking a field-based technician to diagnose, repair, update, and maintain mobile bucket trucks across the U.S. You will travel up to 80% mainly along the eastern seaboard, performing on-site troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance with minimal supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of mechanical experience; bucket trucks are a plus. Proficiency with Windows tools and CRM software, and strong English communication are essential.

You’ll operate across the U.S., with Monday–Friday travel up to 80% centered on the eastern seaboard.How you’ll contributePerform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and product updates on aerial equipment using sound judgment and minimal supervision. Carry out maintenance assignments from your regional manager and hit agreed timelines. Manage your schedule independently—plan, execute, document, and move to the next job efficiently. Communicate clearly with regional managers regarding mechanical issues and recommended repairs.
