Job summary

Accenture seeks a motivated professional to help electric and gas utilities modernize operations through Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Work Management, and Field Service transformations.

You will leverage data analytics, automation, and AI to improve asset reliability, workforce productivity, and operational performance. Collaboration with client teams and cross-functional Accenture colleagues will be key to delivering value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting electric or gas utility operations or enterprise asset management initiatives.
• Experience with EAM, Work Management, or Field Service Operations.
• Familiarity with asset performance, maintenance, and utility construction processes.
• Experience implementing or transforming enterprise asset management platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM/EAM, Infor EAM, or IFS.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EAM, Work Management, and Field Service transformation initiatives for electric and gas utility clients.
• Analyze client processes across asset management, maintenance, and field operations.
• Help define future-state operating models and implement enterprise asset management solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with client and Accenture teams to deliver transformation programs.
• Support implementation and optimization of asset management platforms (Maximo, SAP PM/EAM, Infor EAM, IFS, Oracle).
• Leverage Data & AI, automation, and analytics to improve asset health and decision making.
• Develop client-ready presentations and executive recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to high-quality delivery.
