T2 Utility Engineers specializes in providing reliable underground and above-ground utility information to reduce the risks that utilities present for infrastructure projects. T2ue helps clients manage the complexity of existing utilities with our professional and comprehensive Subsurface Utility Engineering, Utility Coordination, and Surveying services.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs plans reading and acts as liaison between designers, utility agencies and owner on behalf of clients
• Conducts utility coordination meetings, documents meeting minutes and maintains files of all activities for each utility agency
• Performs follow-up of meeting action items to assure effective coordination results
• Communicates verbally and formally the status of coordination activities so as to keep project team informed regarding utilities

Qualifications:

• Work at this level usually requires two plus years of technical/utility coordination experience
• Normal office environment with occasional field site visits for progress review and quality control or estimating new work
• Experience with CAD software packages is preferred, but not necessary for an individual able to learn on the job and in a progressive atmosphere
• GDOT experience is a plus
• Use hands and/or fingers to touch, handle, move or feel
• Reach with hands and arms
• Clear vision (at 20 inches or less), with or without corrective lenses
• Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)
• Must be able to read maps and transcribe technical information from them into design
