JT Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Utility Coordinator to lead utility coordination on highway projects across Wisconsin, including Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire.

You will identify conflicts, coordinate relocations, and work with utility owners, contractors, and municipalities. The position requires a Civil Engineering or related degree and 4+ years in utility coordination, with strong communication and proficiency in MS Office and GIS/CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in utility coordination or civil engineering.
• Knowledge of utility systems (water, sewer, electric).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Utility Coordinator for highway construction projects, ensuring utility activities are planned and executed across all project phases.
• Identify, track, and resolve utility conflicts involving water, sewer, stormwater, electric, gas, and telecom facilities.
• Collaborate with utility companies, contractors, engineers, municipalities, and agencies to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Review engineering plans and maps to identify conflicts and develop effective solutions.
• Coordinate utility relocations and adjustments to support project schedules.
